Leo is a fixed fire sign that is ruled by the Sun.

Those born under the zodiac sign of Leo are natural leaders. Much like their symbol, the Lion, they typically want to rule “everything the light touches” and often do. They usually have tons of friends and can succeed in anything they put their efforts towards achieving. Evolved Leos do make great leaders, but unevolved leos may be power hungry, egomaniacs in their lust for status and personal gain.

It’s important that those born under this fiery fixed sign develop their soft, generous sides and seek fulfillment within through integrity and respect rather than seeking outside validation to avoid the common superficial challenges they face.
