NEW Leahlani Skincare Discoveries
I’m super jazzed to finally share some new Leahlani Skincare discoveries with you guys today! I’ve been testing them out for a few months now and while it wasn’t love at first sight like it was when I first tried Leahlani Skincare (nothing quite beats the Mermaid Mask and Love Honey IMO!), I definitely love these products very much!
Although this was not love at first try, I definitely warmed up to it! When mixed with the Meli Glow Mask, the Kokoleka Mask really shines. Those two are a match made in heaven that detoxes skin while lending a beautifully hydrated glow. Kokoleka Mask comes in a powder form that you can mix with water, yogurt, honey, or even face oils for a unique skin treatment. The mask is formulated with a blend of organic cacao, black fango, coconut milk, acai, molokai black sea salt, oatmeal, and many other plant powders and essences.
Meli Glow Mask is, again, most effective when mixed with the Kokoleka Mask. I wasn’t a huge fan of either of these scents for some reason. They’re not bad, necessarily, but when compared with other powder masks and my beloved Mermaid Mask, I like the other ones better. That said, in terms of efficacy, the Meli Glow Mask performs quite well. It’s tropical fruit aroma makes it pleasant to use and it’s great for an instant pick-me-up. It isn’t as sticky as the Mermaid Mask which makes it easier to apply, especially when mixed with Kokoleka. Included in the formula are organic raw Hawaiian honey, starfruit, strawberry, guava, banana, grapefruit, various plant oils, vegan hyaluronic acid, and many more.
The Bless Beauty Balm is a wonderfully light balm for skin that needs extra love and care. It smells wonderful and is 100% potent plant ingredients – no water, wax or emulsifiers in this formula. It’s pure plant goodness 🙂 This balm can be used in a number of ways as a moisturizer, hydrating face mask, cleansing balm, and more. The formula includes a blend of organic oils and balms such as argan, camellia seed, rosehip, passionflower, cocoa butter, moringa, marula, and a few others. I love using this on days when my skin is feeling tired, inflamed, or just when I want to indulge my skincare ritual. I really enjoyed using
Last, but certainly not least, is the Mahina Elixir. Of these products, the Mahina Elixir was probably my favorite. I really LOVE the scent of this face oil! It seriously smells incredible, goes on so smooth, and really helps hydrate my skin without being too heavy. The ingredient list is impressive as well. The formula includes organic moringa, marula, passionflower, chia seed, prickly pear seed, watermelon seed, starflower, meadowfoam, vanilla bean, and a beautiful blend of plant essential oils as well.
