Greens pack a punch where vitamins and fiber are concerned. Sleep is a powerful force that can rejuvenate our body or even sabotage it’s natural process if you don’t get enough of it! So, get that reusable water bottle and USE IT. Consume more hydrating foods. Eat a salad or a portion of green each day (or at every meal, if you can swing it). And get some shut eye. Your body will thank you, you’ll have more energy to live fully and be present, AND you will look younger.

Besides fueling your body with the best foods for health (and youth), you need to MOVE your body. Exercise helps reverse aging, keeps your cells vibrating along happily, and relieves stress. I’m not asking you to run a marathon or kill yourself at spin, but for God’s sake, DO SOMETHING. Walk a mile a day, even if it’s on the treadmill or around the block with your kids in tow. Try a fitness challenge, a TV show workout, or a 10 minute yoga routine in the morning (or before bed). Every little bit makes a difference in your health.

    These are great beauty resolutions! I drink plenty of water but definitely need to eat more greens and get at least 7 hours of sleep!

    I do want to work on eating healthier and drinking more water this year. I do the 30 minutes of activity a day (except maybe on the weekends, but thats ok). These are all good resolutions, especially the stress one!

    Great resolutions! Healthy eating, exercise, and sleep do wonders for your body and skin. One resolution I think everyone should make is to wear sunscreen every single day. Sun damage is the number one cause of premature aging and let’s not forget skin cancer. Let’s put on sunscreen!
