Uncle Harry’s Natural Products Review

uncle harry's oral care products

I’ve been meaning to post about Uncle Harry’s Natural Products for months, but I just never got around to it. I just keep restocking products and then forgetting to talk about how much I love them. I have, however, mentioned them a few times on social media because this company is not only awesome, it’s incredibly affordable with almost everything being under $10 (for oral care)! I have tons of products from them and they work so well so I feel inclined to share with you guys 🙂 This is not sponsored, these products were not sent to me; I purchased all of them with my own hard-earned cash.

Uncle Harry’s Natural Products Review

Spearmint Toothpaste

This stuff is clay in textured, but tastes super minty. I’ve tried other natural clay toothpastes before and normally, they taste and feel gross. This one is great because it smells and tastes like spearmint so it’s a lot like using natural listerine in that way. It includes a blend of healing clays, colloidal silver, herbs and essences, and spearmint. It’s very intense, too, so I’m not sure I’d recommend it to anyone who is particularly sensitive. If you do, try using a small, small amount as it will lessen the intensity. It definitely helps clean off plaque and makes my mouth and teeth feel super clean after. Vegan, Gluten-Free and Glycerin-Free.

Oral Swish

I decided to try this oral swish just to see if sesame oil would feel different from regular oil pulling and it’s a nice vacation from the weird texture of coconut oil. I’m used to oil pulling with coconut oil, but if you’re not or want something with an herbal infusion meant to help improve oral health, this is a great option. The oil texture is less weird than coconut oil for people just trying it out for the first time. I also like the spicy taste of the herbs; it feels like it’s gently cleansing and I really liked that. The formula uses various herbs and plant essences infused in sesame oil to heal inflamed gums, fight cavities, and improve oral health overall. Gluten Free and Vegan.

Activated Charcoal

I purchased this activated charcoal for 2 reasons. For one, I wanted to see if it worked as a teeth whitener. So far, I’ve found that it definitely helps cleanse your mouth and teeth. It feels very strange, is super messy, and gets everywhere if you’re not careful. It will also stain your toothbrush, but that bit doesn’t bother me. Your teeth will feel squeaky clean after using this and I’m not sure I’d recommend using it every single day as charcoal absorbs everything so it may dry your mouth out. I can’t confirm, but that’s just my thought. Second, I wanted to try making my own charcoal water and that’s something I have yet to try so I’ll report my findings when I do! Gluten Free and Vegan.

Miracle Mouthwash

This mouthwash was surprisingly intense to use! It comes in a fairly small bottle which I would recommend mixing a small amount with a little water before using. It includes silver, sea salt, minerals, and various essential oils to fight plaque-causing bacteria and heal any inflammation in the mouth/teeth/gums. It’s intense, but I love that because I feel like “it’s working” LOL. Gluten Free and Vegan.

Tooth & Gum Elixir

This is SUPER intense to use. I prefer to apply this to specific areas with a Q-tip rather than as a mouthwash or to brush my teeth with (although it says you can). It’s very strong and I would use this on gums that seem sore or inflamed or teeth that feel like cavities have taken root to help calm them down a bit.Gluten Free and Vegan.

Tongue Scraper (not shown)

This was not in the photo, but I really do love my tongue scraper; it gets a LOT of grossness off my tongue and helps my mouth feel a lot cleaner if I’ve had any kind of food that leaves a film. This gets rid of that. Also, this is one of the cheapest tongue scrapers I could find that wasn’t coming from China on Ebay or something so yeah. Can’t beat that price.

I’ve been having inflamed gums on my left side and I’m not sure why. :/ I think I’ll give this Tooth and Gum Elixir a try! 🙂

ouch! Yeah, definitely try this one! It’s affordable and really works. Apply it with a Q-tip and see if that helps. You can also try gargling with salt water – that helps me out a lot when I do it daily ♥
