MAHALO Bean Mask Review

The MAHALO Bean Mask is one I’ve loved for years now, but for some reason, I just never got around to reviewing it until now. Originally, it was a limited edition product that came out as part of the You Are Loved Box for Valentine’s Day, but it was popular so they released it as a permanent product.

I try a TON of products, not all amazing, and sometimes a few of the great ones also slip through those cracks so I’m sorry for that! Anyhow, I’m doing it now because not only is the Bean Mask a total WIN, but it’s perfect for autumn ♥

Notable Ingredients:

• Cacao – Potent antioxidant power! Enzymes, vitamins and minerals, and omega fatty acids fight premature skin aging and inflammation.
• Astaxanthin – 6,000 times more potent than vitamin C! Astaxanthin is a powerful carotenoid that works to revive dull and environmentally stressed skin.
• Green Coffee Bean Oil + Coffee Co2 – One of the best free radical fighters, all the infusions of coffee power come together to fight inflammation, reverse signs of aging, and even reverse cellular damage caused by UV rays and pollution!
• Tomato Lycopene –  This antioxidant helps defend against oxidative stress while strengthening your skin’s own defenses. It also helps to bring a glow and radiance.
• Edelweiss – Protects from environmental stressors and calms inflamed skin.

What I Love:

One of the most unique aspects of the BEAN Mask is it’s infusion of all the forms of coffee, namely the super-critical green coffee bean oil. The perfect blend of cacao, vanilla, and coffee creates the most incredible scent in this face mask! Raw honey, cardamom, patchouli, Hawaiian sandalwood, bergamot, and ylang ylang unite to create the most reviving scented face mask that is literally the epitome of fall.

Inhaling ANY MAHALO product will add so much dimension and joy to your beauty routine, but the BEAN Mask scent is ideal for autumn.

From a practical standpoint, the BEAN Mask works in such synergy that it truly makes a difference to skin radiance, balance, hydration, and softness. The coffee infusion alongside the astaxanthin, cacao, carrot, and tomato lycopene tirelessly improve skin discoloration, fine lines, and other issues caused by pollution and oxidative stress. You leave it on for 20-30 minutes at a time to really let your skin soak up all these incredible ingredients. Up application, the grains feel much like a gentle scrub and when you rinse it, the softness and calmness envelope you!  I’ve just been freaking obsessed with this mask since September hit! It’s a great addition to your beauty regimen if you’re a coffee lover and want lots of antioxidants in your face treatments. This one certainly does the trick.
