This week’s post is all about self-belief.
It’s not an easy thing to do – believing in yourself.
But it is absolutely important and essential for your success in anything, whether that is fitness-related or life goal related.
I truly believe that whatever your beliefs are, then that is your reality. Whatever we believe about ourselves, about the world, about others is real BECAUSE we believe that they are. The moment we change our minds, we can literally change the world.
I know believing in yourself can be scary and believing in the possibility of achieving your dreams, your true dreams, you know the big ones you may not even share with anyone but yourself? Those dreams can be very terrifying to believe in, but don’t be afraid of the light. As they say, don’t be afraid of “giving up the good to go for the great.” Not sure the source of this quote, but feel free to let me know in the comments.
Anyway, the point is, dream and dream BIG. Then don’t be afraid to believe in your dream and your own ability to achieve it. Living a safe life doesn’t always equate to living the life you want so go for it – you can definitely do it!
