true organic of sweden - all you need is me balm review

True Organic of Sweden

True Organic of Sweden make a small line of specially crafted natural and organic skincare products. Their hero product is this wonderful multipurpose balm which is adorably named All You Need Is Me ♥ I was kindly sent a small tube of this from The Detox Market and I’ve been loving this during the cold weather!

All You Need Is Me Balm Review

A great comparison for this is the Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream that a lot of people love. This is very similar to that (and a lot of other multipurpose balms), but to be honest with you, it’s a hell of a lot more natural. The formula is 100% natural with 95% organic content. The ingredients list is easy to read, understand, and includes only skin-beneficial ingredients that are safe for you to use without worry. On top of that, this handy tube is made out of sugarcane which makes the ENTIRE product, ingredients and packaging, totally eco-friendly. Freaking awesome, right? I always feel horrible about using plastic so knowing this is crafted from sugarcane makes me feel a lot more at ease.

The balm itself is super hydrating to skin. To get the benefits, you need only the tiniest amount. I’ve been using it all over from my chapped nose to lips, inner eyes which tend to get dry and flaky during cold months, dry elbows and knees, cuticles and nails, hands, and feet. You can even use it on the ends of your hair, but I would avoid using it near your roots unless your hair is super dry as it might cause some oiliness or weighing down. That said, this balm is a solid choice for your winter skincare routine, especially if you live in a colder climate or experience snow, super chilly winds, etc. This natural balm is also great for calming irritation and redness as well. On top of that, they claim that this balm can also help brighten and reduce age spots so that’s always a serious plus.

Ingredients: Castor Oil, Beeswax, Olive Oil, Shea butter, Vitamin E and Blueberry seed Oil. and that’s it!

100% natural ingredients
95% of ingredients from organic origin

Such simple ingredients too! I wish they had a candelilla option because, other than that, this sounds like a great company!

I know I really like it! If you’re looking for something that’s vegan-friendly (because of the beeswax), the Rare Indigo Balm from MAHALO is a good alternative and it’s all plant-based. I talked about it here: hope this helps!

me too! and I’m surprised it’s not super expensive (for green beauty that is) and the smallest amount is needed to work well. definitely think I will be using it tons on my morning hikes.
