Summer fashion prints are SO MUCH FUN, you guys! Especially with all the fun styles fashion brands are coming out with, there is literally no reason why you shouldn’t be wearing all of these gorgeous fashion prints all summer long. Since I know prints can be intimidating, I decided to share some simple tips on how you can look amazing in them all summer and beyond ♥

How to Look Fabulous In Summer Fashion Prints

Be Bold.

Wearing prints means being a little bolder than usual, but that doesn’t mean you sacrifice anything. Prints are gorgeous, fun, fresh, and perfect for summer! You can mix floral and stripes, pops of color with prints (like hot pink and flamingo print), or go super chic with palm print and black.

Tropical Print:

Add Some Color.

As I said, you can add some color to your outfit by mixing prints with a pop of bright color. Bright pink with flamingo print, royal blue and stripes, mermaid print and any color, bright neons and stripes, tropical print and fun colors like tropical yellow, ocean blue, or purple 🙂

Flamingo Print:

Mix Prints.

Stripes and floral is a gorgeous mix of prints, but you can mix whatever prints you like. Another pretty mix is leopard and plaid (though it looks a bit wintry), palm print and stripes, and many more. Experiment and see what works for you. There are so many different combinations and I think what looks good really depends on the size of the print and the colors so just mix and match and see what comes up that you like!

Floral Print:

Monochrome with Prints.

A super easy way to wear prints is when paired with other monochrome pieces (black, white and grey). This looks a bit more polished for work days or when you want to look more chic than summer fun. It’s also easy to pair a black top with print leggings or a skirt or a print top with black skirt or shorts.

Stripes:

Print Accessories.

If wearing prints in your wardrobe doesn’t appeal to you, there are more subtle ways to wear prints. One way is by incorporating print accessories like a palm print phone case, flamingo print or stripes bag, or cute tropical themed jewelry.

Mermaid Print:

If you’re like me and don’t accessorize much, then you can always opt to wear cute print shoes for summer. There are some adorable print sandals, flats, sneakers and heels to choose from. There’s definitely something to suit everyone’s taste and style.

Do What You Want!

At the end of the day, just like with swimsuit rules you should break. so too should summer fashion prints rules be broken so do what you like! Wear what you want, pair it with what you like, and feel good about it! Don’t let others’ ideas of what fashion “should” be dictate how you enjoy fashion and discover your own sense of style.
