If you missed this post, then you might not know about my latest TV show love, Lost Girl. Lost Girl is a Canadian TV show about a woman named Bo who is a succubus. Her and her trusty sidekick, Kenzie, work together to solve supernatural crimes while also trying to uncover Bo’s mysterious past.
Style Inspiration: Lost Girl Fashion
Kenzie is, by far, one of my favorite characters from the show. She’s hilarious, endearing, and I LOVE her style!
It’s a little goth-tastic, but in a good way, and I love the unique textures in all her clothing. She always seems to be wearing sewn up pants, fishnet or lace tops, and her signature black hair and bangs. Plus, she is always sporting funky colored wigs which I think is a ton of fun!
Her sewn pants remind me a lot of my own fashion in high school because I used to sew my pants in with floss. You know, back before skinny jeans became super easy to find in stores.
Since Kenzie style has me so inspired, I thought it would be fun to share a few pieces I’ve put together in a collage, obviously ♥
Kenzie is my favorite character in the Lost Girl TV show. She’s got an awesome personality and I love all her quips and puns, her tough goth girl exterior coupled with a heart of gold, and the actress Ksenia Solo who plays Kenzie is just awesome. Aside from that, the costume designer(s) of this show does an amazing job at giving Kenzie a unique punk goth style that’s totally enviable!
Bo, the Succubus, Style
Bo started out as a character that I really loved and now I pretty much hate her. That said, the girl always looks amazing and totally badass. You just can’t argue with her “love for leather” as Kenzie puts it. She always looks awesome in knee boots and a leather top so I’ll give her that!
