Stunning Minimalism for Summer with Elea Jewelry

I’m absolutely loving my new ring from Elea Jewelry on Etsy. I love shopping for unique accessories on Etsy because, often times, the shops handcraft the items and offer more unique pieces in their shops than conventional online shops. On top of that, I prefer not to buy jewelry from China on principle so I try to avoid that by purchasing either locally made items or items handmade in some other country.

Even though this ring isn’t made of real diamond or anything, it’s actually surprisingly high quality and very pretty. Elea, the owner, customizes this particular ring design with your birthstone of choice. I was born in April so I chose Clear Crystal and the birthstone ring comes in 925K sterling silver and gold filled. It’s quite light, but the quality is definitely there. Unlike cheap jewelry, this ring feels solid, well crafted, and doesn’t have that plastic “about to break at any moment” feel that a lot of low end jewelry has.

You can purchase your ring in any size you like, but I intentionally ordered mine so I could wear it as a midi ring. You can order it as a regular ring size or midi; it’s totally up to you. All jewelry designs are made in Instabul, Turkey.

You can get this birthstone ring and many other beautiful jewelry designs on Etsy at Elea Jewelry

Beautiful items! I love this minimalism style. Very expensive though. My favorite is 14k Rose Gold Ring – Tear Drop Ring – Solitaire Ring.

I just received this ring about 3 weeks ago and I am in LOVE! I got it in 14K gold with rose gold plating and the April and December birthstones. I have been wearing it every day since, and I can’t stop looking at it.

That being said, it’s my first big (real & expensive) piece of jewelry and I want to take really good care of it. I don’t think the Elea Jewelry Design shop is on Etsy anymore (what a shame!), so I wanted to ask around to anyone who’s gotten jewelry from the shop.

Can I wear this ring in the shower/when I wash my hands? Is it bad to accidentally bump this ring (will it tarnish it/leave a mark)? Will the rose gold playing eventually run off? Any other tips to keep it looking new?

    Thank you!

yay! I’m glad you got one too before the shop closed 🙁 such a bummer! If you got it in 14k gold, it should be find as far as wear/tear as long as you don’t bump into anything too hard. I think you can probably safely wash your hands/shower with it on, but I think it’s better to remove if you want to prolong it’s shine and stuff. I would also pick up some jewelry polish – it can help get rid of scuffs and keep shine up 🙂 hope this helps!
