  Happy Inspiration + Fitspo Wednesday! 

Today’s post is all about staying inspired and believing in yourself. It’s not always easy for me to stay inspired in life or my goals and it’s certainly not easy believing in myself, but the way I see it is, if I don’t believe in myself, no one else will either. That makes it a little easier to try. So, that’s today’s theme – enjoy!

      I totally know what you mean! Life sometimes gets in the way or we get discouraged, but I think it’s good to stay positive and just do our best. That’s always enough ♥

    Wow — I just have to read your post to get motivated! This is awesome! I actually try to workout most days. I’m always reminding myself how good when my clothes fit well. It works for me too! I’ve been working out steadily for the past two months and I’ve dropped two dress sizes! Woo hoo!

      Haha I used to love kickboxing. I should really get back into that! I found it really good for getting out anxiety and things. Lol. It’s a work in progress . Don’t be too hard on yourself ♥
