I was kindly sent a few natural lipsticks to try out from Kosas Cosmetics and I thought I would share my thoughts on these since they seem to be pretty loved in the green beauty community at the moment 🙂

Kosås Lipsticks Review
I really love all of the colors that were sent to me. You can definitely tell they are formulated to suit and flatter all skin tones because each color is incredibly wearable. My only complaint is that they only sent me muted colors and no reds, but their entire color collection is pretty expansive so they offer a LOT of options to suit everyone’s tastes. As far as the actual lipsticks, all of them are beautiful and flattering on me. I really love the subtle, vanilla scent that each lipstick has because it makes wearing them that much more enjoyable.
Colors from top to bottom: Rosewater, Fringe, Undone, & Darkroom
All the colors I tried were super smooth, softening, hydrating, and pigmented. They definitely perform as well, if not better, than conventional lipsticks. I also love that even the most subtle colors have good pigmentation. A lot of times, you buy a pink or nude lipstick and it tends to barely show up so I like that these definitely have a very noticeable color to each of them.
Another thing I really like about these lipsticks is that they include hydrating and healing plant ingredients like green tea seed oil, rosehip and grape seed, and mango seed butter.
The only thing I don’t really like about these is that I think they could have a cleaner formula if they eliminated a few ingredients and I wish the ingredients were organic. I also wish that the lipsticks were packaged in more eco-friendly containers instead of conventional plastic, but other than those complaints, these works really well and they are truly beautiful colors.
