Gorgeous Budget Gifts You Should Buy for Yourself!

Gorgeous Budget Gifts You Should Buy for Yourself!

{Everything Under $50}

I know, I know: ’tis the giving season and all, but why not treat yourself a little with something that’s not super pricey, but really pretty and lovely just the same, you know? You might spend the majority of your budget on loved ones, as I do, but I think it’s important to gift yourself with something special as well. Some might call it greedy, but I think self-love is important and there’s nothing wrong with picking up a gorgeous gift for yourself along with everyone else this holiday season. To help you get into the self-love gifting spirit, I came up with a few items I thought you might like to gift yourself this holiday season :-*

  • Soy Candle – $11.98 – This soy candle comes in a red currant scent which is perfect for the holidays and the pretty glass jar it’s in is perfect for keeping in the bathroom or bedroom! I also love that you can get these with any letter you want on them so it’s a bit more personalized.
  • Knit Scarf – $12 – I love knit scarves and this one is especially lovely because it’s striped! My friends kind of know me for my semi-obsessive love for all things stripes and scarves are no exception haha. If stripes aren’t your thing, they offer this in other patterns and colors as well.
  • bkr Bottle in Dive – $30 – I love my bkr bottle! I have it in a pink color (review here), but I would love to collect more colors! I love that these are eco-friendly, 100% recyclable, and dishwasher safe as it’s a lot better to use than plastic water bottles and they make really cute gifts.
  • Heart Konjac Sponge – $10 – I’ve been wanting one of these heart sponges from OLO for ages now! They’re so cute and really affordable and crafted from natural biodegradable materials (konjac potato) which have cleansing, brightening, and antibacterial properties. You can use this cute sponge until it falls apart and it makes a cute stocking stuffer gift as well!
  • Melted Wax Seal Kit – $15 – This is so cool, especially if you enjoy writing letters! It’s basically an old fashioned wax seal that you use to seal your letters with. You can get just a pretty seal or some of these offer monogram ones where you can get the letter of your first name. I love how pretty and classic wax sealed notes look!
  • Glitter Nail Lacquer – $18 – Smith’s Cult Lacquers are so luxuriously packaged that they seem a lot more expensive  than they really are. I always imagine that they’ll be Dior level prices, but they’re only $18 which is pretty average for a boutique brand and since it will look super gorgeous on your vanity, I think it’s worth that price! Also, I really love the glittery shimmer this one has as it’s super festive for the holidays and NYE!
  • Whish Body Gift Set – $20 – This limited edition gift set from Whish is perfect for anyone who loves wintry-scented body products! This comes with a body wash, body scrub and body butter and I can attest that Whish body products smell lovely, are formulated with a decent amount of natural ingredients, and work gently to soften and hydrate skin. This set is in vanilla mint, but you can also get it in sugar plum!
  • Ted Baker Cosmetics Case – $50 – Okay, so this is a bit of a splurge as it’s Ted Baker, but really I still think the price is quite good for designer and the case is so cute and pretty!! I love the metallic deep blue color and I think it’s perfect for holding all my travel beauty products.
  • Gone Girl Book – $8.49 (paperback) – I LOVED this book and film! I saw the film first, but then had to go out and buy the book because it was so good. The book, of course, was a lot better than the film because it gave a lot more detail into the characters than the film ever could and I just felt so drawn into it. It was one of those reads that just pulls you in and blows your mind so I can’t recommend it enough. I wouldn’t even consider myself as someone who “loves” murdery mysteries or crime novels or anything, but I loved this so I think it’s worth mentioning!
  • How to Be Parisian Wherever You Are Book – $25 – I love the idea of this book! I am obsessed with French culture as I took French in college and really loved it. Also, I love French food, fashion and film (who doesn’t?) so the idea of a book that offers style, love and other tips on how to live the French lifestyle just seems like it’d be a really fun easy read!
  • Naughty / Nice Socks – $15 – These sold out this morning UGH! Anyway, these are super cute and you can still get some other cute ones that have cute sayings on them like Kiss Me, God Save the Queen, I <3 You, and tons more at Nordstrom!
