Happy Fitspo Wellness Wednesday Everyone!
I hope you’re having an awesome Wednesday so far 🙂 This week’s post is all about challenges. My biggest challenges when it comes to fitness and health are consistency. I usually have trouble getting everything together to where my clean eating and my workouts are on point. Usually, I’m good at one or the other, but not both. So, I’ve really been working on that to try and get my workouts and my healthy meal prep planning to both be consistent at the same time. It’s certainly not easy, but we can do whatever we set our minds to, right?! So, what’s your biggest challenge? Is it just getting up the motivation? Meal prepping and eating clean? Or maybe it’s having a positive mindset and just learning to love yourself a little more? We’ve all been there.
