Happy April Fool’s Day!

In the theme of trickery, we can sometimes trick ourselves into believing that we aren’t as awesome as we really are so today is all about staying positive ♥

Sometimes, the hardest part about losing weight, eating better, or maybe just trying to change a habit so you can live healthier is having a positive mindset. Positive outlook is a challenge to master all on it’s own and a lot of people believe that it’s the most important factor when it comes to reaching your goals. As someone who struggles with maintaining a positive view of the glass being half full, I thought this would be a good theme for this week’s Wellness Wednesday!

    It is fun to prove someone wrong. I also like the quote by Edwin Elliot. My favorite is quote is the one you posted by Marianne Williamson. So many good quotes and I like this motivating post. 🙂

    I’m really surprised at how delicious that green goddess smoothie looks in a picture. I’m trying to slowly add more healthy and positive habits into my life. Maybe a good juice smoothie will be a good start.
