Happy Fitspo Wellness Wednesday Everyone!

I hope you’re having a very happy hump day and enjoying the nice weather! It’s hot as hell here so not so much on my end, but oh well 😛 This week’s Fitspo Wellness Wednesday post is all about overcoming self doubt. Do you struggle with having a positive mindset or believing in yourself? Did you know that eating right can help improve your mood while exercise gives you endorphins, both of which can help you feel more positively about yourself and your goals? Just a thought. I know self doubt is something that we’ve all experienced, but we can’t let the negative thoughts bring us down. We must believe in the possibility of our own success, happiness, and triumph if we are ever to get what we want out of life and with a little “fake it til you make it” positive thinking, hard work and determination, big dreams, and some very inspiring words, we can lift each other up to the skies!

Since this week’s post theme is about overcoming self doubt, I thought it only appropriate to share a list of my own doubts and then, in an effort to lessen their power over me, I’m going to write counterarguments to the doubts.

Overcoming My Self- Doubts:

  • That I’m not talented enough. I am talented enough.
  • That I’m not pretty enough. I am beautiful and worthy of happiness.
  • That I’m not smart enough. I am intelligent, graceful and wise.
  • That I’m not special or unique. We are all special, unique and one of a kind; myself included.
  • That I will fail at my dreams. Even if I fail, failure is not permanent. The power to success is in not quitting and improving yourself each time.
