Fitspo Wellness Wednesday Is Back!

 After not doing Fitspo Wellness Wednesdays for so long, I thought spring was as good a time as ever to bring it back since many of us are getting back into a fitness and clean eating routine.     I love how fun the bowls always look…smoothie bowls especially. I don’t have time to make them during the week but I may work them into my weekend rotation!

    That first one is definitely one of my favorites! 😀 Same with the working out so I can eat more. That was one of the main reasons I loved working out when I first started, and what do you know, nothing’s changed! ;P

    HAHAHA. That first one was great. Thanks for the bit of inspo – I’ve noticed now that the temps are getting warmer I’m kind of having one of those “oh shit” moments realizing I hardly worked out and ate comfort food (i.e. lots of carbs) all winter long. I’ve been on this I need to eat better, get fitter, be healthier kick. So many of these came in handy!
