Happy Fitspo Wellness Wednesday Everyone!
Things were kind of starting to get a little stale around here so I thought it would be fun to share some of the top celebrity workout and diet plans which I think people might find helpful, inspiring or entertaining. I sometimes like to look these up if I’m curious to see what a certain singer, actress or model does to stay fit and I’m sure I’m not alone in it! As the same time, I think it’s important to be realistic and realize that these people have trainers, dieticians, live-in chefs, and other people at their disposal that normal people just do not have. Aint nobody normal can afford that, am I right? Anyway, we can’t all make time to workout for 2 hours a day, but we can certainly get inspiration and do our best to live healthfully so I hope you enjoy!
Celebrity Workout and Diet Plans
Beyonce Diet and Workout
Beyonce has famously gone on a vegan diet to be healthier and lose weight, but from what I’ve read, I don’t think vegan is a permanent state for her or Jay-Z. According to articles, she sticks to eating 6 clean meals a day, avoids alcohol and refined foods, working out wherever she is and keeping active by dancing 5-7 times a week. Katy Perry Diet and Workout
Katy Perry follows Harley Pasternak’s Five Factor Diet where you eat 5 small nutrient-packed meals per day. She’s big on nutrient broth and soups, salads, and green smoothies for health and stays toned by working out 5 times per week with her trainer while also living an active lifestyle hiking and being outdoors. At the same time, she claims to enjoy a cheat day here and there where she eats whatever she likes!
Taylor Swift Diet and Workout
It doesn’t seem like Taylor Swift has a specific regimen when it comes to her diet or exercise, but she sticks to running every single day to get her sweat on and eating clean, light meals during the week, then relaxing a bit on the weekends. Her meals include salads, yogurt, and sandwiches (nothing insanely out of the norm) and she sticks to running, pilates and yoga for workouts.
Kim Kardashian Diet and Workout
Kim K. and her husband Kanye typically go for morning runs together followed by an hour of strength/weight training. Their diet and nutrition plan is arranged via a personal chef and nutritionist who makes their meals every single day, but I’m assuming it’s some variety of lean and clean, avoiding alcohol and limit sugary drinks, based on what I could dig up online.
Miranda Kerr Diet and Workout Plan
Miranda Kerr, one of the most popular Victoria’s Secret models, has a very wholesome view of diet and exercise. She eats a balanced, clean diet of fruits, veggies, lean meats and grains while working out 3-4 times per week doing body weight exercises, weight lifting, and running 2 times per week. She also does yoga, ballet, and pilates as well. She’s also been known to follow the blood type diet which I personally find bizarre, but whatever.
Gigi Hadid Diet and Workout Plan
Gigi Hadid is a super model who has become super popular lately, mainly from Instagram, I think. She’s well known as being very fit and into fitness. She does boxing, body weight training, and eats a clean diet with the occasional cheat meal to “stay sane.” She’s also big on green juices and smoothies.
Kendall and Kylie Jenner Diet and Workout Plan
Kendall Jenner reportedly follows a strict paleo diet, drinks 12 cups of detox tea per day (why?), and avoids junk food. She also makes sure to get plenty of sleep and cardio workouts such as running regularly. Kylie Jenner is said to have a bad diet of junk food and sweets, but credits her good Bruce Jenner genes for her fit body. At the same time, she says she drinks detox tea (10 cups a day – why!?)… These girls are bizarre..
