Better You Natural Supplements for All Natural Health and Beauty!

I’m so excited to share these amazing Better You natural supplements with you today!

I’ve been testing these out for more than a month now and I’m so happy with the results!

They come from Better You Supplements in UK and they are truly amazing in a wholesome and natural way!

Firstly, there’s the B12 Boost Spray (pictured above) which I have been carrying around in my purse for those moments when I need a pick-me-up during the day, which happens more often than I’m willing to admit. I just don’t get enough proper sleep these days and this Boost Spray has been a Godsend! Seriously, on the days when I’ve not gotten my full 8 hours of rest, I’ve been turning to this spray instead of coffee or tea and it’s worked wonders! It makes such a difference in my energy levels and the best part is that there’s no large amount of caffeine crashing involved because this lovely oral vitamin b12 spray gives your body the vitamins it needs as well as some green tea extract.

Plus, it tastes quite delicious to be honest so it’s been difficult not to spray some just because I enjoy the fruity deliciousness haha. So, no gross taste here; only a fruit delicious spray without any vitamin powder or gross supplemental aftertaste like some of these can have and I think it has something to do with the fact that they vitamins are naturally sourced and include green tea extract. The cost is very reasonable; it’s only £11.95 for 1 ($18.65 USD) and the price goes down if you purchase more than 1 at one time.

Next on the list is the Femergy Skin, Hair & Nails Multivitamin Complex. This super antioxidant mix of vitamins is rich in vitamins A, C and E, all of which are naturally sourced from organic plants including organic acerola cherries and pine bark extract so the benefits are more readily absorbed by the body.

Let me just say that this complex has made my hair shinier and longer. My boyfriend’s cousin is a hairstylist and even she commented on the rate at which my hair was growing. Aside from that, my skin has been clearer and softer and my nails have been stronger and longer than ever before. This stuff really works and I’m forever a fan of this one because not only does my body seem to love it, but it’s also vegetarian which I like my vitamins to be. They cost the same price as the Boost Spray – £11.95 for 1 ($18.65 USD) – and again, the price decreases when you purchase more than one at one time.

Lastly, I tried the Original Magnesium Oil Spray which is meant to help your sore muscles, joint health, stiffness and also oral health. I had never tried any kind of magnesium supplement until this one so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but what I will say is that this did help me with muscle soreness and has prevented muscle cramps that I often get in the middle of the night after I’ve gone running or done strength training. All you do is spray 6-10 sprays of this on your arm, neck, chest or any soft tissue area of the skin  (like breasts) and let it dry naturally. It smells a little off-putting, but once it dries, it completely goes away.

You can also use this as an oral spray to improve oral health when you’re brushing your teeth, which I did. The taste is really not good haha, but I didn’t expect it to be so I was sort of prepared. It just tastes like super salt water and it feels like it’s heating up when you’re brushing with it, but what I love is that my teeth felt a lot cleaner and it seems to help pick up plaque from my teeth and cleaned my tongue really well (not to get too graphic about it). I am kind of anal about how I clean my teeth and I really like the magnesium oil spray for this purpose. You only new 1-3 sprays if you’re going to use if for this purpose, but it really does work. If you hate the taste like I did, mix it with some toothpaste or something to dilute it a little, don’t think about it just brush and then spit and rinse asap! It’s worth it! This one is marginally more expensive than the 2 above, but not by much. It costs £12.20 for 1 ($19.04 USD) and again, the price decreases with multiples purchases of these.

All in all, I loved these supplements. They really worked well for me; I definitely felt the effects and benefits of using them. I will definitely be purchasing these in the future. I absolutely love the fact that the supplements are naturally sourced and vegetarian and therefore less likely to incur side effects like other mainstream supplements can. I highly recommend these if you’re looking for natural supplements that won’t break the bank and that still work really well! It’s probably the green tea extract providing the energy rather than the b12. When it comes to b vitamins, more does not mean extra energy. I like to compare it to gas in a car. Extra gas does not make the car go faster just like extra b vitamins do not make the body more energized. Caffeine provides energy so just bear in mind that the b12 is most likely going right through you, quite literally. B vitamins are water soluble so extra comes out in your urine. You’d probably be better off just drinking tea rather than wasting money on the spray. Just a heads up. Don’t want you to throw away money.

wow really? Thanks for letting me know. I was always of the mind that b vitamins give us energy. So then, do they only give us energy when we eat them in food or? how do we absorb them most efficiently? greens? lol love my dietetics specialist friend 😀 x

Well b vitamins do give us energy. But our bodied were made to get nutrients from food, not supplements. Supplements aren’t really the best way to get nutrients. They aren’t regulated by thr government so you don’t really know what you’re truly taking and the government can only step in once there is a problem, it’s all very backwards. Plus the research that us out there, well, really known of it has shown supplements be effective and worth it, except in the case of calcium and folic acid. In addition, sometime “extras” can find their ways into supplements, like drugs and toxins. I read an article where One guy got fired from his job because amphetamines were in his supplements. How scary is that? So my point after all that is supplements aren’t safe. Your body gets its nutrients best from foods. In the case of b vitamins, your body uses them to make energy but it only needs so much and once it exceeds that, they pass in your urine. Often your urine will look neon yellow if you’re getting too much b vitamins. So to sum up, b vitamins make energy but More does not mean extra energy. Sorry for thr long post. Hopefully that answered your questions lol oh and b vitamins are found in foods like meats, nuts, milk, green leafy veggies, whole grains, and fortified supplements class has really been an eye opener in all of,this. In fat I’m reconsidering the supplements I take. I just don’t feel safe now after all of the research I’ve read.

Wiw it sounds terrifying. I dont take a lot of supplements anyway but wow. What about antioxidant supplements like the one above ?

  2. August 11, 2012 at 7:02 PM

I would avoid antioxidant supplements. Although antioxidants aRe amazing when consumed from food, they don’t have the same effect on the body when consumed from supplements. I would stick to regular food 🙂

Hah I know right! My supplements class was a huge eye opener. I’ve been weaning myself off the ones I take. I think I’m just gonna stick with good old fashion food to keep my body going
