Bepoke Post Weekender Box Review
I recently got this awesome Weekender Box from Bespoke Post for my boyfriend! You see, he’s been using the same ugly black bag to travel for ages and I thought it would be brilliant for him to finally have a bag that’s both nice, gentlemanly, and also stylish as well. We’re in our mid-20’s so it’s about time he develops a sense of style when it comes to accessories, much to his chagrin. However indignant he might be that I forced a new bag upon him, he’s really happy now that he has this new one. His old one didn’t even close properly and this one is super snazzy if I say so myself!
It’s from the Bespoke Post, a lovely site which focuses on lifestyle for men. They curate some really awesome looking boxes for all different points of interest from cocktails to cooking, shaving, active lifestyle and the weekender box which focuses more on travel. They would all make incredible gifts for the men in your life whatever their interests. I initially had some trepidation about the quality of everything, but when it arrived and I got to see and feel everything. I was shocked at the durable build of this bag! It’s seriously one of the most well made bags I’ve ever seen and it has the coolest design. The design is much like a vintage doctor’s bag or carpet bag, as some people call them, and it’s really a big bag that can fit a sizable amount of items. I’m actually kind of considering stealing the bag from him now that I’ve seen it up close and personal LOL.
Another fun thing about purchasing this from Bespoke Post is that it came with some cool little samples that are tailored to traveling and the busy life. Two samples of something called Goodwipes which are, apparently, deodorant body wipes for when you’ve gone to the gym or if it’s a hot day. They’re made specifically for men to freshen up midday, when needed. Other items include an intriguing vitamin supplement called Brode which claims to help hydrate skin (might need to steal this as well LOL) and 2 Kind Bars from their Strong + Kind line which feature savory bar flavors like Roasted Jalapeno and Smokey BBQ.
Overall, I’m super happy with this bag and I love the little samples they included. I personally think that the cost of this ($45 per box) is worth it for just the bag alone. Normally when I’ve tried subscription or one-off curated boxes in the past (something I used to be really obsessed with LOL), I’ve been seriously disappointed by the quality of the items. It’s like they put the cheapest items they could find to give you for your money and put it in a box. Not so with these awesome Bespoke Post boxes. The quality is really impressive and the little extras they include make the experience that much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend giving this a look if you know any guys who have upcoming birthdays or other events. These would make a great, personalized type gift.
Aside from their boxes, they also have a shop filled with tons of curated lifestyle items for men which are available for purchase so you can shop directly for specific items as well if there’s no special occasion to purchase a box for.
You can find their selection of boxes and shop items at Bespoke Post ♥
